How is the Konovich Syndicate Structured?

The Konovich Syndicate differs from the DiGiovannis mainly in that it is not an exclusive 'family' business. Anyone can rise within the Syndicate, even if they are not connected by blood or marriage. The structure of the Syndicate is much more of a meritocracy. They work on trust and skill - though they are no less ruthless and some may say they are even more so.

There are various main organisations within the Eidolon City section of the Syndicate, each of which is detailed on the Character Connections page, and each which has specific skills and areas of expertise. It is open to anyone who wishes to join to attempt to work their way up through the ranks - but to rise within the Syndicate it is necessary to work your way up through the ranks. Everyone starts at the bottom, there is no skipping your way to the top. Only the best rise, though they may rise quickly. If you have blood, but not skill, then you will live your life at a lower level. You will not find promotion simply by knowing the right people within the Syndicate.

Each of the three groups has a designated leader and under this leader each group has a number of captains - the exact number for each group comes and goes. A captain leads a group of around 10 soldiers, carrying out work and orders of their leader.
