Elliot is very handsome, he's the kind of guy that makes people stop and turn to look at him when he walks by. He is average height, and very well built. He likes to dress nicely, and you will very rarely see him in anything but a suit. He has lightly tanned skin, sandy blond hair, and startling eyes that seem to change color with his emotions. They are mostly green and slightly brown, but when he gets angry flecks of blue crawl into them. Elliot even looks powerful and rich, he carries himself wit ha kind of unique grace, only known to those born of privilege.

Personality:

Elliot is very likable, very personable, and very friendly. He will talk to anyone about anything, and class distinction doesn't matter to him much. He grew up listening to all kinds of people, rich and poor, black and white. It doesn't matter to him. He doesn't have very high moral standards, except when it comes to women. With women he is kind, considerate, and flattering. He is an insatiable flirt, and takes every opportunity to do so when he can. He doesn't like confrontation and tries to talk his way out of fight's when he can, but if he has to he can be quite brutal. Aside from his business, Elliot is a very nice person, he has simple dreams, but people don't know that because they only talk to him when they need something. More than anything, he wants love, he wants to sweep some poor girl of of her feet, and ride into the sunset with her. Elliot would like nothing more than to retire and grow old with the one her loves, but that looks like it may not happen as soon as he likes.

He is... well charming- Elliot has always been an eloquent speaker, and he has a pretty face to go with it. when people stop to talk to him, after five minutes they either want to be his best friend, or take him home to meet their mother. He is very flattering and a smooth talker. A lot of times he gets out of tight spots because he can talk his way out of them, and he has a lot of connections because he is so likable. He has trouble with turning off the charm sometimes. Elliot's charm can either be a reliable asset or a horrible liability, because he is so likable, he often gets into situations he really shouldn't be in.

2. He is powerful/influential- When Elliot says something, people listen. He was born into money, the legal kind, and since then he has been surrounded by the elite people of society. He socializes with all walks of life, making as many connections as he can. He works closely with both the DiGiovanni family and the Bartelucci family, because he works as a powerful defense lawyer, and even as a publicist some of the time . Basically, this means he smiles in front of cameras and makes sure that the public thinks that everything is okay. He handles press conferences, and even court trials when needed, making sure that the important people get away with a slap on the wrist. His connections make his job very, very, easy, because if someone worth noticing gets into trouble, he just calls up one of his fathers judge friends, and poof, their out.

3. Hero complex- Elliot cannot resist a damsel in distress, and he will protect women at the cost of his own life if he has too. He has been through many rocky relationships, most of them ending because he tried to be the shining knight in armor, and his girlfriend didn't need to be saved. Elliot loves broken women and always tries to fix/help them. This is good for his reputation as a "good citizen", but it ultimately leads to heartbreak and sadness. He is very apathetic when it comes to justice, but when it comes to women, Elliot is the paragon of honor, duty, and integrity. He is a perfect gentleman, and would NEVER, under any circumstances, let a women come to harm when she was with him.

City History:

Elliot's parents were climbing socialites, his father was a politician and his mother was an heiress. They fell in love at a social gathering and got married at once. They were both sparkling citizens, as far as the public new, and they were beloved by all. They were always whisking from one social gathering to the next, leaving a slew of jealousy and envy in their wake. Before Elliot was born, life couldn't get any sweeter.

Several years into their marriage, Elliot's mother got pregnant, His mother was distraught, more worried about the fact that her figure than about the fact that she was having a child. Elliot was born into a world where he truly wasn't wanted or needed. However, after he was born, his fathers approval and support went through the roof, because citizens liked a family man. So, his father made Elliot a public figure as much as possible.

Elliot's childhood was a whirlwind of famous people, and parties. The depression was just like a far away dream to his family, and he never wanted for anything. When he was 8 his father sent him away to an all boys academy where he got the best education money could buy, All of his childhood, Elliot got everything he asked for, except love. His mother couldn't bare to look at him, and his father only spared time for him when there was a reporter in the room, he never knew love.

One day when he was 19, Elliot happened upon a woman who was being mugged, and he quickly came to her aid. The gratitude that he saw in her eyes, was like a drug to him. He had never felt needed or appreciated before then, and the rest was history. Ever since then, he had the need to protect women at any cost. His protectiveness almost borderlined stalking at one point.

After he got his license to practice law, he used his father's connections and made a name for himself. His name quickly spread to the mafiosos of Eidolon, and he was soon working for them as well. He is independent of them, but if they ask him to do something he very rarely refuses.

Weaknesses:

1. He is over protective- Elliot's hero complex often leads to trouble with women. If he thinks that they are in danger in any way shape or form, he will stay with them until he thinks it is passed. This creeps many women out, and he has several standing restraining orders as a result. When he actually does have a girlfriend, she is sort of treated like a child, no lifting heavy objects, opening doors, or even pushing in their seat, he does it all.

2. He is easily swayed by a pretty face- Women are his weakness. If one asks him for anything, he will bend his back trying to get it for her, no matter how silly or extreme it may be. If his girlfriend asked for the moon, he would probably find a way to give it to her. He has been taken advantage of many, many , times because of his nature.

3. He has slight issues with OCD- He cant help it, this disease developed when he was a child. His OCD can come in many different shapes and forms, one of them is that if someone taps his shoulder, they have to tap the other twice. Another more important way is that he is an organizational freak, everything has to be a certain way, otherwise he might actually go insane. He has other little quirks but they differ, and adapt as he tries to cope with them.

Strengths:

he is very smart- Elliot didn't go to law school for 5 years and come out stupid, he knows when something is up and he isn't afraid to use it to his advantage. He uses his intelligence, like a sword, cutting his opponents quick;y before putting it back in its case. He observes more than people give him credit for, and realizes that the best way to survive is to keep your mouth shut and your eyes open.
