Appearance:

Standing around 6' even, the words 'panther' or 'playboy' comes to mind, depending on what mood you can catch him in. Jack has a lean, attractive figure and an angular face with high cheekbones and dark blue eyes. There are a few tattoos on his body: a sun over his right shoulder and over his back is an angel tattoo.

His clothes are clean and pressed, striking signs of a vain person. He's fond of dark suits and solid colored shirts unbuttoned around the neck.

Personality:

Grandiose. Exploitative. Arrogant. Those are only a few words to describe Jack. He is all about himself. Jack Collins is the center of the universe and everyone else in it owes him rent for the air they breathe. He doesn't like having to work under people which is why he considers himself a 'freelancer'.

In his personal life, Jack is a greedy, shallow individual who prefers to surround himself with the extravagant. Despite not liking to work under people, he has little problem with brown-nosing his way to the top.

Although he comes off like he is completely self-secure, Jack actually has a delicate personality. His insecurities show in his obsessive care of his appearance. He is, without a doubt, a vain individual.

It's fairly easy to 'injure' him. When faced with any kind of threat that will 'weaken him' (imminent failure, rejection, etc), he will fall into a rage and can, depending on the circumstance, act out violently. He holds grudges impossibly long, and his rage will build to the point of becoming homicidal and will not abate until he's 'taken care of' the person 'responsible'.

While Jack is able to come off as a caring individual, the only person he really cares about is himself. He’s a narcissist. He’s out for one person and that’s him. Sure he’s dated and slept around. He can be a charming man and a good boyfriend if he wants to but Jack only involves himself with other people unless he has to and if there’s something to gain.

City History:

The Collins family was small and wealthy, with three children. Jack was the oldest with two younger sisters, Shiloh and Bianca. He was well cared for; his home life was impeccable, really. Despite that, he was always ‘odd’. Jack was a loner and kept to himself.

When Bianca came around, Jack took an immediate liking to her. She became everything to him, and he made it a point to take care of her as much as possible. He decided that she was all that mattered... and then she ran away.

He acted like he was fine, like it didn’t matter. His obsession switched from Bianca to money and power.

Jack isn't entirely sure how he fell in with the darker side of the Walker family. It all happened fast but one day he was walking in on something he wasn't supposed to see and the next thing he knew, he was having a 'chat' with someone tied to a chair in a back room somewhere.

Over the next ten years, Jack has slowly climbed whatever rungs of the ladder he's been able to, honing every dark impulse he's ever had until he's become one of the best 'go to' guys in the city. Plenty of his work is cataloged as 'unsolved' down at police headquarters. He's made a life for himself. A swanky studio apartment with every luxury imaginable. A girlfriend as hungry for reputation and money as he is.

Special Skills and Abilities:

Manipulative: Jack is a master at manipulation. He knows just the right amount of flattery or humbleness to inject into the game to get what he wants.

Weapons: Jack is a crack shot with a variety of guns as well as being good with knives. He is quite adept in using whatever is at his disposal to inflict pain.

Weaknesses:

Mental: Jack suffers from full-fledged Narcissistic Personality Disorder. This means that he is inclined to lots of self importance, believes that he's 'special' and unique, has the need of entitlement, and lacks empathy. This makes him incredibly dangerous, as it also makes him capable of easily exploiting others to his own ends, and makes him incredibly volatile when his ego takes a hit (Narcissistic Rage).

Obsession: It started out being a sick obsession with his younger sister, but once that was lost, it shifted into an obsession with power and money. Greed is his underlying motive to almost all of his actions -- at least the ones that aren't stemmed from simple sadism.

Sadistic: Stemming from his need to be superior, Jack has developed sadistic tendencies. He has no problem doing anything that will put him in the position of power. It goes anywhere from physical cruelty to simple humiliation. He is not above kicking around homeless children if he's having a 'down' day. Anything that reasserts that he is the one in charge is good for him.

Strengths:

Dedication: Jack is thorough and takes pride in his work. Perfection is the only thing that's acceptable to him and anything less is... well just bad and what sucks for him is that Perfection is what other people rarely live up to.

Zach Collins -- His younger sister. He isn't aware that she's taken on a new identity.
